23 1/4” x 33” x 5/8”. Oil-based enamels on edge-glued wooden board. This sign is based on a vintage oyster can label from the early 1900’s. It is 100% hand-painted and aged with weathering techniques, to give it that “just blew the dust off” patina.
Highly detailed authentic design features a dry-brushed background, flower bouquet pictorial, and heraldic shields emblazoned with oysters and oyster accoutrements
Painted on edge-glued pine boards. Front is varnished with a durable satin varnish. Reverse is stained dark walnut
THIS PIECE IS DESIGNED TO LOOK OLD and includes light dings and scrapes to enhance the effect
